Olcayto Cengiz is an all around creative professional who is an enthusiastic for "good idea”. Olcayto started his career in 1996 as an art director and copywriter and after that he worked as a creative director in national and international advertising agencies in Turkey until 2016. He was the creative director of the first social media agency in Turkey which has been chosen as the first Facebook Partner in Turkey. He also took the roles as the board member of the 2nd Fastest Growing B2B Startup in the World according to Business Insider (AppAnalytics) and creative consultant of the US based movie platform MovieLala.
After moving to Germany with his family in 2016, he was the creative director of J.Walter Thompson Turkey (Wunderman Thompson Turkey) and he joined to a gamification startup in Berlin as the CCO. After a year he founded his own gamification company in 2017 and in 2018 accepted the offer from Accenture to join as a gamification expert.
Being a keynote speaker in various events like TEDx , UX Berlin, Gamification Europe and many more, Olcayto is currently working as an experience design manager and creative leader at Accenture Song.
