I'm a person with a lot of different interests. Starting in 2000 as an apprentice at Vattenfall's predecessor Bewag I visited a lot of Vattenfall's different departments and earned a lot of experiences in IT, business studies, customer service and web application development. Now I'm happy to coordinate Vattenfall's web portals that should make life easier for our customers. With different tools and agile methodology I'm always facing challenges to increase the customer's experiences during their visits on our online portals.
