Manuela Risch is an expert in strategic product discovery. Before developing her own research program, she first worked as a researcher in a Berlin UX agency and then as a freelancer, gaining a wide range of experience in goal-oriented product development. She has worked for well-known clients such as Zalando, Consorsbank and MyHammer on a long-term basis and carried out research projects as well as service design and strategy projects in close cooperation with product management, UX design and frontend development.
