This is how the Call for Papers works

Please fill out the form completely until 30.09.2023. We will select the presentations from the submissions and put together the program. In mid-September you will find out if you are participating. :-)

What is the World Usability Day (WUD)?

As a "worldwide day for usable products", WUD has been promoting exchange between research, education, industry, administration and users since 2005. The goal: "To ensure that technology helps people live to their full potential and helps create a better world for all citizens everywhere." (WorldUsabilityDay.org)

It always takes place on the second Thursday in November at over 200 locations in more than 40 countries as a free event. The German UPA coordinates the events in Germany. This year, the Hamburg WUD will also take place as an online event. Last year the Hamburg WUD was a very nice event with more than 850 registered participants, 10 presentations and 7 workshops.
